Cams for strokers

I know cams get talked about all the time but I think my case is a little different. I have a 429 that I plan to use a 4.3" stroker crank from scat in, forged pistons, Blue thunder heads and so on. My question is how much cam can you use in a 6500 lb 71 4x4 with 38's and about 4.10's? Now before I aquired the 429 I had planned on building a stroker FE with a hydraulic roller from crane sporting 238/246 on duration with .632/655 inches of lift. Now add 60-70 ci and what do you do? I was thinking about going with a solid roller because I cant find a hydraulic with the numbers I like. I saw a crane with 252/262 degees of duration and .718/.718 in of lift with a 110 lobe separation. Is that too much or will the 520+ cubes eat it up? If you have an opinion I'd love to hear it. The truck will be mostly show but taken to the dunes from time to time and used to get nasty with.
