Doing head gaskets again. want to upgrade turbo and injectors too
My 06 F250 just turned 110,xxx miles and is in need of a new set of gaskets and/or possibly heads if they are warped to much. Long story short, I was rushed to get the truck on the road the first time around. I installed OEM gaskets, egr delete, new oil cooler and coolant filter, blue spring, an air dog II and have an sct with tunes from innovative diesel. This time around, I will be pulling the cab again for repairs.
I have saved up some money to get the truck the way I want it this time around. budget is around 4k. I am wanting to look into injectors and a turbo. I do not tow much anymore, but may in the future. What size injectors should I get? I was thinking 175cc with a water/meth injection to keep temps down while towing.
As far as turbos go... I was thinking either the powermax or MTW stage 2. What would be best for my set up?

So I think I am going through river city diesel for my parts. 175/75 injector modification, powermax turbo, stage 1 (or 2) snow performance water/meth, and driven diesel regulated return kit. parts are about $3900 plus tax. Unless anyone thinks I should go another route and a reason why, please share. I'll be ordering parts sometime next week.
On Edit:
On second thought, ive seen many reviews on RCD injectors... idk if they have improved over the years, but I may go with Warren injectors.

If you're going to do injectors and a turbo, get yourself 155s and a Powermax. It's a mild upgrade that yields great power and fuel economy while still being able to tow.
With the Powermax, I'd strongly recommend getting Riffraff Diesel's Billet wheel as this will help with performance and spooling of the Powermax.
