Question Seat Belts

Does anyone make replacement seat belts for a 1987-91 F150?

Never mind i found a NOS set on ebay today for $250 for the pair. Sweet!!!!

They look like they don't have the plunger for the doors, so are they still OEM ? I just replaced mine and the new ones didn't have the door plunger/release. That set doesn't either. There should be a little cable going from the retration box to the door jam(my cables were green). I posted a topic on it and nobody had any answers.

There is a TSB on the detractor speed for the seat belts. The F150 is listed on the 2nd page. Maybe someone has more info on it.

You can see the plunger on the right side of pic. My door doesn't stay closed tight without that piece.

Yes they are definitely OEM seat belts and come with Fords instructions and diagram, but they do not have a plunger as you described. They did come with the original Ford packaging shown in the picture but I discarded them after I first purchased.

Don't remove the plunger like I did, the spring is in the plunger. Just cut the cable and leave plunger there. There are no parts available to repair the plunger.
