Glenn, is your trailer's suspension height adjustable? I've seen some that look similar that can be lowered to the ground.

Jim, the suspension is not adjustable. I might look into doing something like that as it is pretty low to the ground already. I've had to watch a couple times to make sure I don't scrape the back end.

Huge by my standards.
If I were shopping for a new trailer (I'm not) it would be under 25 feet. Had big trailers, liked the smaller ones I had more.
As I get older, I'm discovering simpler and smaller is better in many things.

My side-by-side sits in my dining room/bedroom. To eat or sleep it has to be moved out. It sure would be nice to have it in its own garage, but it is nice have a short-ish trailer. Lower storage cost is one reason. Maneuverability is probably the number one reason.

Speaking of Maneuverability, I looking for some advice to get in and out of fuel stations, I'ts a great place to get stuck, **** people off and knock over some pumps, Now that i have a diesel i guess i'll just hang with the transports at Flying J stops,,,And other thoughts? I'm pulling 35 feet with a new F-250. Pushing 55 feet

I thought I would save a few bucks going to an off-highway station for diesel. It was a very tight fit and I needed my wife to get out and guide me to make sure I didn't hit anything.

I think I'm going to stick to the truck stops instead, unless it is a station I'm very familiar with.
