Just Thinking, Of all the trucks from 1980 on up, nothing looks more like a brick than an 80 to 86 truck yet, we call them Bullnose? When I sold my 74 F-250 and ordered my 84 F-250 HD Diesel which I am restoring, the day I picked it up up I said to my wife boy that thing looks like a brick. Am I missing something? Also if your your going to have the FTE logo with a truck in it shoudn't it be a 80 to 86 truck? Dan
The name "Bullnose" came from the way the FRONT of the 1980 - 1986 trucks were designed. The headlights are angled back from the front of the grille, like a bull's face.
Go look at the front (nose) of a 1987 - 1991 model. It is completely flat and looks even MORE like a brick.
