So , I bought a new truck , & the part that connect the TV cable to the transmission is not there . I can't seem to find out what that part is called or where I can buy the part . Does anyone know ? It's a standard AOD transmission
On my 87 F250 .
I would say go get the parts you need from a salvage yard.
But be careful the nut can brake off the TV shaft and then you have to drop the pan to replace it.
Do not ask how I know that.

What is the arm called that the cable hooks up to ?
The photo says it is called a Transmission TV Control Lever.
Are the levers all the same weather it's for a car or a truck ?
Or would I need to get one for a truck only . I see they have lots for sale for mustangs . So just wondering
Hey just a heads-up. If you do have an AOD transmission, do NOT drive it without the kickdown/TV cable hooked up and CORRECTLY adjusted! On that transmission the TV cable controls line pressure as well as kickdown, without it set up right you can burn the transmission up.
