Window pains

So I figured out why my drivers side window won't work...electrical issue(whatever, I'll do it my damn self). However, the other windows only go down an inch or two. Anyone have any idea how to rectify the problem without spending a month cussing my brains out?

Only an inch or two could indicate a bent window regulator.
