now a motor oil leak

Now it has a small oil leak behind the motor and is around the bell housing and tranny. It is engine oil. Not a big deal yet but will only worsen over time. Can't pinpoint as it is behind the motor. Rear seal?
What other seals or O rings are back there?

Could be the valve covers leaking and running onto the bell housing.

I've had a valve cover that has a wet corner since new...doesn't drip on ground or cause a problem...so I'm just keeping an eye on it for now.

My guess would be the valve cover, maybe try to see with a small mirror and light.
