I have a brand new 2014 E250 with the standard AM/FM pn#DC2T-18K810-AA and want to upgrade it to the AM/FM/CD/MP3 pn#EC2T-18C869-AA.
The upgrade radio has a second harness connection, I'm assuming for an amp, but the van doesn't have any additional harness that I see to plug it in. Do I need a second harness, and if so, where does the opposite end from the radio plug in? Would it be the BCM? I'm not looking for better sound quality or additional speakers, I just need to add this OEM feature. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
