I will be going to Glenwood Canyon on my way to Dolores again. I'm having so much fun just driving around all the Highways with the little dots next to them on the map. I still have 4 days of driving before I get to Dolores, then I have more fun on the return trip home.

FYI - anyone coming down from the Denver area - or passing through Denver, watch out for some extra traffic and cyclists.
The USA Pro Challenge will effect you for sure Thursday if you were planning on going down HWY 285 (Which i 'was' planning on doing...) I may just go down I-25 to Walsenburg/HWY U.S. 160 now to avoid that mess in the back roads.

Ok. A little delay is in progress. Between Nashville and Memphis on the side of I-40.

Maybe it'll buff out???

We are in a safe spot for now. The rat snake that lives here moved to the other end of the abutment when we got up here.

I'd say I definitely need a new oil pan...

Gonna start a new thread for this dilemma.

Helluva way to end the trip out here early. But better to have it happen closer to home I guess.

We are getting started with the tech days and hang out around 9:30 to 10:00 this morning.

When you come to the Sophia Retreat and Event Center, drive in the driveway and go around either side of the circle to follow the concrete driveway behind the big lodge. We'll be back there all day.

I'm way more bummed about not getting to come than I am about the truck being broken...

It's gonna be hard, but I know you'll have a good time without me!!

Someone please post some pics of the group and what you're working on when you get a chance!

Dean (dnd58)was getting hpop lines.

Patrick (azpatman) was doing fuel bowl rebuild and frx.

And Dave is looking things over and for future work. And probably polishing that engine some more!

Amazing views and a nice turnout of attendees. This event will have to go on my "Bucket List" of things to do after graduation in spring 2017. I'll be 56 by then and the current job market is not giving me happy feelings, but first things first.

Just got home a little while ago. Going to sort through the 300+ photos the wife took

I think we (the wife and I) drove more around this state in 5 days, than in the 10 years we've lived here!
We got some great shots at the event as well as the cruise. Plus, we stayed an extra day and decided to take another cruise and went down to the Four Corners Monument.

Lloyd! Thank you for helping to put this together with RiffRaff.
BigAl! Thank you (and Kara) for that BBQ, (and Momma's sauce!) It was fantastic!

Nick! Thank you for having that 1 socket I didn't bring!!!
As well as for the help with the FRx Ford certainly didn't want us fat finger'd
people work'n in some areas of the engine!

Dean (and Dianne) , Dave (and Barbara) - Had a great time meeting and hang'n out with you

And Clay (and Family) - Nice to finally meet you after all the other missed attempts.

I"ll be setting up a page and link here soon and I'll PM everyone with the link.
If I could get some of your photos as well uploaded to it, then everyone could have 1 place for all the photos of the event and cruise.

And a small shout out to Bambi - Please don't jump in front of me on the cruise next time!
