Today the truck goes back to the shop to have the new air raid intake installed along with new tie rod ends, and new transmission cpoler lines. Last week one slipped off and dumped a couple quarts of transmission fluid rather quickly.

And of course another pic.

Have the new engine in?

PS It probably won't hurt to put on a plastic tube with an inferior filter, but that money would be better spent nearly anywhere else.

Looking pretty sick my man. May I ask about how much you are into it, new engine, upgrades, and all?

Like I said on the other forum we were talking on. I love this body style. I really do.

With everything all said and done I am at roughly 20k.

I have forgotten to update this tread in a while. New motor and everything have been working great until last Thursday when the truck went into limp mode and I had to limp it over to the ford dealer. I still don't have a for sure answer as to what's going on. But they are pretty sure when the other shop did the motor swap they pinched a couple wires which caused all the sensors to fail or send bad signals

Form over function. I like the superduty looks and ride but those triton engines I am iffy iffy on. You knew that going in though. Luckily you have the OBS as back up!

Hey Micah what led headlights did you order? I was thinking about giving the truck lite 5x7 led sealed beams a try.

Truck looks awesome by the way

Truck looks great. Sorry to hear of the issues you are dealing with. I never thought about Linex on the lower panels. Looks real good.

Where did you get the LED fog light? I like that look and it appears to provide more illumination than the stock fog lights.

I ordered general electric night hawks off of amazon. They are spendy and you have to order two lights but they had great reviews plus there is a $100 off coupon you can click.

GE NIGHTHAWK LED 5" x 7" Rectangular LED Replacement Headlamp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BQX2BSO..._m4Yzvb0JVP2RE

I had the light bar installed from the shop I had do all the work.it's a 22in and it alone is brighter than my stock head lights on high beams.

Well finally the truck is back in my driveway, I picked it up at 5 tonight..

So very long story made shorter.

The shop I had do the motor install ran one of the wire looms wrong and theyear we're pinching on the rods that connect to the throttle body, not only that but the had plugged many of the connections into wrong places, hence why it went into limp mode.

I finally got around to installing the new G.E nighthawk led headlights yesterday and I love them, worth every penny!

I still need to do a little more aiming but they are really close

What brand are those running boards? I'm looking for something similar...
