You guys are too nice. For all you know, I can be a serial eater. Get there and eat all your food then leave. Or maybe load up all the food into the EX when you guys are not looking

I'm set up at the alternate site. After paying eight dollars turn right then turn left before the creek and I'm on the left side by the pond. If someone has a spare grill we will need it.

 

I just grabbed my portable gas grill. It isn't much, but it works.

 

We had a great time (as predicted ), and met a new friend - Mark (00X7.3PSD) and his fun family who drove in from Bfield in their sweet 2000 Ex with 2005 F250 running gear.


Thanks Bill for the BBQ fixin's and grill, Gail and Marge for those phenomenal salads; Mark and all for those yummy Donuts; Marv and Bob for the good conversations. El Dorado was perfect .

 

What a great time to be had by those who were there! Fun visiting with old friends, lamenting the missing, and making some new ones.

Wow, Mark! Though you keep saying it was not a tough job, completely replacing the solid front and rear axles of a 2000EX with those from a 2005 F-250 "springer" IS a heckuva' job in MY mind! Kudos to YOU! Thanks also for bringing along your fine family today. My wish is that they all had a lot of fun!

Thanks especially to Sean, for the organization and being there early-enough to have a great spot for us to spend the day! 80 has to attend one of the GTGs soon so we can see how big he's getting.

Bill, the venison was truly a treat. Haven't tasted that for a long time, and you did them up to perfection! Sorry we had to miss Carol, though.

Gail, thanks for bringing the Chapter banner. It helped to remember other times at El Dorado with the crowd. It was good to see the traditions carried-on, and yes, the broccoli salad was again superb!

Just wish this chapter would come out in numbers and have the same fun we did.
Cloudy skies meant a comfortable day, good food, and of course, this really is about the people.
Those of you not there, you really missed it.

Marv, If Shawn have the time to help with the write up, then you will see it's not that bad. Also, thank you for the advice on preventing the wire short on 7.3

Thanks again Bill, Aidric and Missy and I feasted on those venison burgers (I snagged leftovers yesterday) for lunch. Yummy.
