With 62's I would imagine 65% since they are good to right at 700 hp. But let's hear from him. This is the conversations I was going for on this post.

I was using 42lb injectors back then, but the datalogging software i was using doesn't display % injector duty cycle. What I can tell you is with the 42's, I was seeing a little over 50psi of fuel pressure, at WOT, and I wasn't using an FMU at the time.

The datalogger for the XFI i'm using now does display % injector duty cycle, but I don't have a saved data logs of it and I don't remember what those values are. Still running about the same fuel pressure and no FMU.

The fuel pressure just means your pump can keep up. I am just curious what they are at. I really should log the duty cycle in my Novi2000 Mustang with 80lb injectors one of these days

I should've added more about my fuel system. At WOT, the inline 255lph pump turns on at 2psi of boost to supplement the factory front tank pump. At 6psi, the rear factory pump kicks in, so there is a total of 3 fuel pumps running at WOT.

With my new combo, the fuel system still operates the same except that I have replaced the factory in-tank pumps. Now I have 255lph pumps in the front tank, rear tank and the inline.

So you are running pumps from both tanks? Any issues out of that setup?

Yes, at WOT, both in-tank pumps are on and the inline. No issues with it like that thus far.

sounds sweet. If I weren't eliminatING my front tank I would do the same thing. I am going to buy a new rear tank and a sump kit. When I am on the rear tank selection I will have just the internal pump. On the front selection I will be running both into the an-8 line and stock return. This will be after the stroker and blower goes in. But I am a bit torn I just got my hands on a stainless hot side for a fox body. I bet dollars to doughnuts it would bolt up and work with my 94.

My phone won't let me. Grrr I will watch it later tonight. I started rounding up the parts to put this blower on the f150. Guess I will need to buy s set of .060 forged pistons. I know that's the theoretical max bore. But if your going to use stock gt40 3 bar heads. (if I can find some) going to need some diameter on the piston to unshroud the valves and create more vacuum at the same time as pull more boost into the cylinders.

I contacted vortech about rebuilding this blower they won't do it Because the serial tag was removed from the gear case when it was polished. So I I got ahold of "sales@superchargerrebuilds.com" they quoted me $420 for the rebuild. But I think I am going to throw some seals at it and see what happens.

Old seal

New seal installed. Guess it's time to freeze the gear case and bake the bearing plate and see if I can assemble this thing

Thanks, I'm happy with it,runs great. No dyno time, been tuning it myself. Prob make a pass down the 1/4 at some point.

Here's the turbo: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Borg-Warner-S366-Turbo-S300SX3-66mm-Turbo-91-A-R-AirWerks-BRAND-NEW-/181754658858?hash=item2a516c002a&vxp=mtr
