O-ring? Tranny? But not the tps.
As you may remember I've been dealing with a shutter when I first drive the truck for the day. Doesn't matter if I fire it up and drive away or let it warm up for 15 minutes the first 5 minutes of driving it shutters when throttle held in one spot. Doesn't matter if its 30mph or 60mph it shutters when throttle held steady. Also does it when cruise control set, but not quite as bad, but still quite noticeable.
Tps has been tested and reads from .65-3.9 no flat spots.
A little bit ago the tourqe converter died so had it replaced at a very reputable tranny shop cause I assume the whole tranny was dead and they said it was just the converter. But every once and a while it slips and kinda slams into gear, very rare but thought I'd mention it.
So thought mabe the tranny could be weird until IT warms up.
Also have heard that maybe a bad O-ring could be a problem but you'd think letting it warm up for 15 min would make a difference compared to firing up and going but it does not.
So once again any help would be sweet. Ps. Valve covers leak so I'm gonna have them off soon any ways should I check o-rings to be safe?

Yes. The feedback from this sensor affects fueling. From the following webpage, "According to Jody Tipton, DP Tuner: 'a properly installed sensor in good working order is necessary for optimum PCM control of fueling.'"
The exhaust tube which feeds the sensor is known for clogging with soot or getting pinholes in it. My thinking is that yours is mostly clogged, so when you load the engine up, the sensor gets a delayed reading.

Either this, or I'm full of $#!T and your transmission has a problem.
