The minimum recommended with for a 275/60 is 7.5 inches, max width is 9.5 inches. The minimum width for 215/70s is 5.5 inches, max width is 7 inches.
This information could have been found by reviewing the tire specifications for a given size. Summit Racing provides very good information. Try it.
The speedometer will likely read a hair faster since a 275/60 measures <visit Summit Racing for this information> inches tall. )
