yeah, we have a site at cafe press selling the stuff but I don't remember who made it. i've been asking for a tshirt with the tx logo large on the back and the fte logo small on the front but no one's said whether that's possible or not. the link to the cafe press site is a few posts above yours avator so go and check it out if you want. i met a couple from round rock the other day that makes custom stickers and got their card. i'm hoping to see if they can make a tx fte sticker for my truck using the graphic everyone voted on... when i get the time that is. yeah... right...

Can anyone send me the Hi Res image of the FTE Logo? I got a buddy here who owns a Vinyl Shop that is working on an idea I have for an actual Window Sticker for the Texas Chapter.. I can get prints are a good price.. I'd like to see what he can do.. I'm not real impressed with Cafe Press's work.. I used them before and their vinyl stickers were not that good..

 

I haven't kept up with the latest on this thread, but...

Is there a copyright on the logo? We're having a Central Texas/FTE picnic at Mansfield Dam on Saturday, Feb. 10th. During the affair we'd like to give out some paper awards/certificates acknowledging attendance and other things like "Most Miles Driven", "Youngest", "Oldest", etc.

I'd like to use the logo on the certificates. Is permission required? If so - who do I need to talk to?

I would also like to add that I am new to the site, live in Corpus Christi. My sister does vinyl stickers and wraps in spring, tx. She's also a part of Springcreekoffroad. They are supposed to be having the WEROCK competition there this year which I think is awesome. If this is an option to explore just send me a PM, I am sure that I can get them dirt cheap.

i dont know if he's still around and i think he had to get it approved by ken and then set up the cafe press shop so if you can't get the dude who made to answer in pm then hit ken up with a pm or something cuz i'm sure if anyone wld know, he'd be the one to know. for all of that chit you might have to ask ib now. *shrug* beats me... i still wish they'd put it on a shirt on the back real big. we just had a car show in a town close to here and for the size of the town the turnout was great!!!! i'd love to have had the TX chapter shirt but i just wore the old FTE shirt that i've had for years... everyone kept asking me why my truck wasn't in it... uh.. cuz the clear coat's peeling, the inside's dirty and there's a mcdonalds cup in the bed??.. hmm.. lemme think what i'd get accomplished by embarrassing my poor truck like that... *rolling eyes*

Nah! I'm forging ahead anyway - it's non-commercial (no $$$ made from it) and held strictly within the Chapter.

 

what about shirts,hats,jackets,etc or is that off limits?
