Ok, we have a 04 F250 6.0 Diesel. We did a egr delete about a year and a half ago. No we are getting whitish smoke now. The motor seems to run just fine, but produces a lot of smoke. The smoke smells like diesel but stronger then what it should. Any idea as to what could cause this?

 

Cracked injector or bad o-rings letting fuel into the cylinder. Get a handle on it quickly, if it starts dumping fuel you'll hydrolock the engine if you're lucky, or burn up the cylinder if you aren't.
