Question ford racing a/c delete, power steering relocator

so i've been looking to ditch my whole a/c unit, i never use it and i'm not sure if it even works. so i was wondering if anyone knows if the Ford Racing Air Conditioning Eliminator Kits M-8511-A50, or anything of that nature which moves the power steering up to where the a/c sits works on our trucks? i have a 92 f-150 5.0, everything i read says it's for the mustangs, but since it's the same engine as a mustang wouldnt it work on our trucks? has anyone tried this yet? i cant find ANYTHING ANYWHERE where it's ever been used on a truck... any input on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot guys!

You can get a generic a/c delete kit at any parts store. They are made by Dorman…. usually under $40.00.

yeah, i've seen those too, just trying to figure out if i could get rid of the whole extra pulley all together, less moving parts to drag on the motor, and i dont know how that plastic pulley will hold up over time either. if i have to though, i'll just get one of them.
