aftermarket alarm question

Hello all,
Sorry if this question has been answered before but my research isn't really turning much up and is not addressing my dilemma.

I installed an
excalibur rs-360-edp excalibur rs-360-edp
(with remote start) in my 2004 ford e350 van recently and want to know if i would be able to program ford factory key fobs to the alarm rather than using the aftermarket fobs. The van never had a factory key-less entry system (if that matters). I understand that the factory fobs are not as good in range etc, but i have other reasons for wanting them. One of the reasons is, i want a flip key like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/221074596583?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. I have it in my 05 expedition and its great. I have 3 cars and find it easiest to have all car keys on one ring (especially when rotating them in the driveway) I use the pit stop feature on the remote start so that i don't have to restart constantly.
I understand i have a key guard on the van so the flip doesn't fit but i will modify the key guard like one of our other members has done.

Thank you very much!

I don't believe its possible to incorporate aftermarket remotes to actuate Ford factory RKE systems---or vice versa. The two systems operate on different frequencies, most likely aren't compatible for a number of reasons which we'll never know or understand.

No, proprietary programming and code swapping technology won't permit it..
