Ya another Caliper slide pin question.

On my 2005 Super Duty the front passenger brake was stuck so I let cool off wasn't really hot but warm to the touch. Then I drove and started to hit the brakes hard and it worked I think?
Does my tuck have the Guzzles slide pin upgrade from the factory? Is this for specific years of Super Duties, or should this be done to all Super Duties?
I noticed when my rear driver side locked up "few years back" it was the pads that rusted to the caliper bracket where the pads should slide on it, I had to use a hammer to get them off than sand the rust off.
Also I didnt know that the slide pins go on a specific way top and bottom? I know that I used caliper brake grease on the pins.
Thanks...Gage

Also I noticed that this happened a day after I pressure washed my truck, you think that I washed the grease away from the brackets? I did wash the wheels really good.
I usually take off all the wheels and pressure wash them off the truck once a year to get all the road salt off.
