I have a 2001 ford f-150 with a 4.6 liter triton romeo engine is there a way to fix the spark plug that shot out of number 8 cylinder and its running and sounding worse than what it went it in with, it has already been fixed but now it sounds like the top is going to give out.....is there anyway I can fix it without putting in a new motor ?
