1996 460 idle from 700 to 900 and back to 700

I have a 1996 460 with 186000 miles, when on idle it will be at 700and ten seconds later will jump to 900 and 5 seconds later go back to 700 rpm. Any ideas?

A/C clutch kicking on and off
