This is a CFM+ smallmouth intake for a 2003-2007 6.0 Powerstroke. I used this on my 2005 Excursion for about 20K before going to a different setup.

When I had this on my truck it definitely smoothed out the throttle response and the turbo spooled better.

Still in new condition.
