turn the key to the "on" position while someone sets close to the gas tank and see if you hear the pump start. It should run 2-3 seconds and build up pressure in the fuel rail......... can you crack a fuel rail fitting or remove the sensor and see if there is pressure in the line.......... you need to confirm that you DO have fuel at the injector.

the fuel pump doesn't kick on. we are pretty sure its electrical but have no idea what could be causing that to happen. we hot wired the fuel pump to the battery to see if it would work and it took off like nothing was wrong. so i'm defiantly guessing it is the electrical going to the fuel pump.

Im more familiar with the older F150 design. I believe you yours, you have a pressure sensor that send a signal to the fuel pump module to start and build up pressure. If the sensor is bad or module is bad, you don't get the signal to run. You said you put new parts on. You might check power at those and connectors. How about the fuel fuse ? You changed all these parts AFTER you had no fuel ?
I don't know the wiring diagram. Maybe someone will chip in here. I would assume fuse to press sensor then back to the module for signal.. Power to the fuel pump may be a different source.
