1500 gallons and about $15k here. I had a decent perc rate so the field will be reasonable though. House buyers just walked though so we are back to square one selling to build. Ah well, it's only Feb...

They were playing games at inspection and my gut tells me they found something else last minute that they wanted more.

Good to here!
I had a similar situation selling a house last June, people made and offer and then retracted it on the way home because their car broke down and didn't know how much it would cost to fix.

Wow, now that's cutting it close! My buyer has other things going on... I'm just not sure what. If we can just get this locked down with a P&S, we can move on...

Crazy times Rodney! Glad to hear it's back on.

I started a new job this week (after calling to discuss my opportunity and possibly giving my two weeks notice last week, then being told no need, don't come back tomorrow) with a client that I have been consulting with for over 15 years. It's a move I likely should have made years ago.

Got a text this morning and our new Reflection 311 BHS showed up at the dealer this morning. The trip to pick it up will be Saturday after the kids' archery meet! Can't wait. Perk of the new job...one week in and I get next Monday off for a holiday, so we'll spend it loading the new fiver and planning some mods!

Perhaps trying to get you to sweeten the deal? With the shenenigains I see with cars, I can only imagine what happens in the real estate world....

Thanks Rodney! Pics should hit Sunday if all goes well. Truck will be filthy as with the weather we are having, it won't be washed before then.

First mods I know for sure - LED lights in the pantry, inside the outdoor kitchen, and I want to find something to do underneath to give it a glow at night while we're sitting around it without the awning lights on. I'm sure you will have plenty more costly ideas!
