Very nice site Rodney. I hope you are there long enough to enjoy the real fall weather coming tomorrow or Thursday! What campground is it? I feel like you've posted similar pics before and I probably asked before but I don't remember. We didn't know how much we were missing in N.Y., and after our trip to Watkins Glen plan to head that way a bit more often.

Just tonight Becky said that given the daycare fiasco, we should have just hitched the trailer up and went camping. It's a shame she came to that realization the day they got it back open! Impatiently waiting for October 19th!

Same site as I've posted before Scott. Good memory! Lake George RV Park. This is the best we've seen it as it's off season with barely any neighbors....

I'm sure if Trump said something about Indian Summer, there would be outrage at how he is disrespecting Native Americans and accusing them of being global warming alarmists. Lol

And all the prima donna football players would have another reason to get on their knees... I've got something for them to do while they're down there...

I know tiger woods is messed up but in his prime he earned some points with me. When asked his opinion on politics or social issues his reply was "I'm just a golfer, my opinions on anything other than golf don't mean anything, I just play golf, my opinions don't matter."

That looks like my kind of site Rodney. Lovely setting!

Love the TrailManor next to you! My parents had one of those years ago and we traveled the West extensively with it. Don't see many out and about in the real world, but pretty neat little RVs.

Frank Sinatra said something very similar years ago Joel...

Yep Tom, we picked this site our first year here and always request the same one. It's triple long and double wide. It's really like 2.5 sites in size. Great for when we bring toys. It's also very selectively cut and the filtered sunlight is beautiful. This place wins awards every year. It's funny, most of the pools are closed for the season because it's supposed too be cold. It was so warm yesterday that we had to hit the indoor pool and hope it wasn't heated. Hot again today but beautiful tomorrow...

Heading up into the Adirondack mountains today where it will be a touch cooler. Tomorrow, Ft. Ticonderoga and a few other sites...

Good thing he didn't try to give marriage advice.

So, two of my issues on the truck are cured. The RF balancing got rid of the out of round vibration and the radar blocked issue was fixed by the alignment they did. Plow installer messed that one up. Down to just the vacuum leak. Booster and hose kit are in. Just have to make an appointment to get it in next week. Hopefully that cures it....

Hello guys. Kind of back on the grid Been in Savannah, GA for a conference and just now catching back up. Glad one issue with the truck is fixed Rodney, maybe the other awaiting attempt will cure it too. Gonna go have dinner with my bride as the kiddo is at Senior Night at the school for his friends. Will catch up some more later.

I'll keep that in mind! Becky doesn't want to start planning next year til after our last trip for this year. Thats the end of October. Booking Maine 1 year out was a total anomaly for us, but I'm so glad I did! When I pulled up to that site, I was speechless! Awesome. It sure did give me something to look forward to over what turned out to be a trying year though.

Good they've got most of your issues resolved Rodney.

Today on my way to work I got DEF 500 mte, then about 2 mins later got check coolant additive. 200 miles from next oil change too. Going to get the fumoto valve this time I believe. Extended my interval to 6k and will send a sample to Blackstone this go round. Front tires are wearing like crap on the edges, think I'm going to just make an appointment at the dealer, have the fronts moved to the inside rears, inside rears to the front and align. That should buy me a bit of time with the tires. Normal thinking would just slap 2 new fronts on, but I'm pretty set on trying the 255/80R17 toyo open country next go round, so I'm going to try to get the most out of these. They are just starting to crack so their life is expiring.
