That's the unit I'm using on all 4 doors. Battery backup, WIFI control, and an electronic deadbolt that locks the door after closing.

Thanks Tim. I didn't stop up today but weather was absolutely ideal so I'm sure progress was made. Tomorrow my excavator is digging the trench from the house to the pole. Then on Sat I head up with my electrician friends to set the conduit for power and broadband. Should have temporary power soon after.

Steve, I understand all your reasoning but please... I hate to beat a dead horse... Ride both before buying. The riding position of the RT is just not comfortable for many. The F3 Limited has the same storage as an RT but I understand the price differential being a concern. Anyways, don't just sit on each at the dealer. Spend a good time test riding both. If you're comfortable on the RT, then go for it with the greater used availability. I just know that having ridden both, I could never be comfortable putting many miles on an RT... YMMV... The handling and turning radius are major differences as well. On top of that, add in the servicing differences. Changing the oil requires hours of disassembling the Tupperware body on the RT. I'm not joking. It's a 3 hour oil change. The F3 is a drain plug at the bottom like a car and easy access to the filter.
I put a deposit on this used bike though RumbleOn (2016 F3 Limited). I've priced every dealer in the area for leftover 2018s and I just can't get the numbers to a place that I feel comfortable. Even this used one is stretching my internal budget for a toy, but Rodney was right, the F-3 chassis is far more fun to drive.
I'm excited. Will be a couple weeks before the paperwork finalizes and the bike ships to my front door. I don't think I'll ever buy new powersports equipment again. Advertise a lowish price, but by the time you add 4 or 5 different $700 "mandatory fees" you end up with a brand new $28k Spyder. This bike was 3k more than the RT and its probably worth it. 2,3XX miles, so it probably hasn't had its first oil change yet.
Awesome bike Steve and I'm sure you'll be happy with it! 2300 miles is nada on these things. The 1330 motor has a modern generous, maintenance schedule so that's like 2300 miles on a car. The SE6 will still be fun to shift and drive. Although mine is a manual, they have since dropped it in my model. Let me know how you like the backrest. I was considering adding the option to mine...
I tried to send new bike reps but the guff was empty...

I liked the back rest on the test drive. The best part of buying used is you get all of the add ons the previous person paid for. This bike also comes with the tall boy shield...which I honestly didn't like when I test drove. I think I'd enjoy a manual, but the SE6 is a pretty good and the only real difference is the clutch. Still feels just like a manual when you hit the button.
The advice to drive one was good advice. I probably never would have known the difference had I not drove one, but taking the time to take a couple models out sure did point right to the F3 chassis.
