I'll be towing heavy for awhile........ So, yep, same F-350..... Looking For the advanced electronic systems AND the 10-speed transmission....
Maybe....... We are planning a 4+ month trip starting this September.......
Do we do it with the current truck..... 80K miles on it. OR get a 2020 before we leave on the trip.
I have be really thinking about a 2021...... But since we recently decided to do this trip....??

I'm at 135,000 on mine, thinking the '21s will be it. Give em a year to work any bugs out is my excuse, but it's really just because that's much more financially prudent..... lol
If you're staying DRW then I would absolutely go 450. The wide track front end makes it turn tighter than an F150. Absolutely worth it and not much more $.

I'm still thinking 2023. Not that I'm in any rush, just the truck will be 10 years old by then. Most likely staying dually and thinking I will likely go 450 at that point, mainly for the widetrack front axle. I do prefer the look of the 19.5's over the 17's and know the tradeoffs of making that jump.
But currently I'm in Montys club with 43k on my 13. Putting some miles on it now, but doubt it will make 100k before 2023. Although I have already kept this one longer than any other truck.................

I've been considering that for mine. It sucks having the low fuel light come on at just over 200 miles while towing. Of course, with 0 miles to E, I can still only squeeze in about 28 gallons, so I know I've got plenty to spare.
