Looks like the Vibe brand was produced there but they recently killed them off? They got hit with a ton of OSHA violations last month too. I think that plant was near empty from what I read. Lots of conflicting info online about it.

Tyler, nice trailer! There are times I miss my 24' Belmont goose. But for 99% of my needs the 6x10 dump does the job for now. But there are times the little guy gets cramped.

Rodney, either color flooring looks good to me. Your HVAC, holy hell I would have never thought it would be that much. WOW!

We had one contractor out to work up a quote for our patio. Looks like he will be able to work around our obstacles, so we will be going roughly 12'x50' with about 15' bumped out to 17' wide. Still waiting for quote and hoping its 10k or less. Any more will require a little more thought.

Lost 1 whole tree and 2 halves with the storms the past 2 weeks. One of the 2 that split is already down and gone. The other has cracks all through the trunk and needs to go. With the wind today I watched 2 more with the ground heaving about 3' around them. One Becky had asked me to cut down, I hate to do it because it has been overtaken top to bottom by a huge trumpet vine and is beautiful when its blooming. But the rest of the year it looks like hell, because the tree is about dead. Basically, I need to rent a stump grinder and there's about 5 more trees that need to go before I do to make it worth my while. Spring work! Yay!

Have a great weekend guys!

Howdy Scott! Enjoy the new patio. I need to start taking bids for a healthy sized pole barn very soon.

We are hoping to enjoy it by memorial day Doug! Probably with our old cheap table and chairs too. LOL. Have our eyes on some very nice american made sets but they run $2500-4k. Ouch. I still intend to replace our shed with a pole barn/ post frame structure with concrete floor. That will likely be our next thing out for bid after the patio (and new camper), as long as it doesn't gain any new structural issues sooner that move it to the front of the list. Still hoping to buy land from the neighbor for it and go 24'x32'. Apparently they are replacing all the windows this spring and he just bought another new (cheap) mower.............probably a good time to go throw a number out and see if they bite............

I hear you on the patio furniture. Many years ago, my first wife and I spent good money on nice patio furniture. It held up much better than the cheap stuff - since it was in the same vicinity as our backyard pool. I can't justify it at my current place though as the patio isn't huge, and we don't spend a whole bunch of time on it (and no pool here). The cheap stuff works fine for us now. Good luck with the land purchase.

Lone Star Jellystone RV Park is 8 miles away and has LOTS of 50a service with full hook-ups! I will have plenty of smoked brisket and pork shoulders fresh from the smoker, and lots of refreshing beverages of several varieties - some of which don't get served until the work day is done.

Speaking of patio/deck furniture, this is what we bought at the RV show in Jan. It's plastic decking type material, heavy and comfy, has a commercial feel to it. A small Amish operation makes it about an hour from here. 54" table and the 4 chairs was around $1200.
