Question Can anyone identify this seal/gasket?

Hello all!

I went to give my 01 Ranger (3.0FFV) its 250k mile oil change and noticed a bit of a leak.

After further inspection I found what appears to be a seal or gasket popping out from what seems to be behind the flywheel. It almost looks as if it is some kind of oil pan gasket.

See attached pics.

Can anyone help identify exactly what seal/gasket this is, and just how difficult it is to R & R?

Thanks in advance,
Miami592

Its not the flywheel, its the front of the engine, and its the pan gasket that's pushing out. Might try loosing all the pan bolts, and push the gasket back in, and retighten the bolts.
