I've been riding and really enjoying this truck for 3 weeks now with no problem except the odometer may light up one day and not the next. Yesterday it didn't light up at all. Hope to find the problem there... I'd say it's time for a new thread.
Very easy fix. Pull off the headlight switch by prying it with a screwdriver. Unplug the switches. Rip off the plastic trim pieces (you wont break any clips)...There is a small one behind steering wheel and thelarge one on top of cluster that wraps all around the CD player. Now remove the million 7mm bolts...There must be about 7 of them all around the steering wheel, a few on the far left, and several where the CD player area is.
Then there are 3 on the top of the cluster holding it in.
Pull out cluster, remove the 10 or so screws that hold it together, flip circuit board over, and solder (just a tiny drop) the joint on far left and far right. Guaranteed to fix.
