88 F150 Build - 46" tires, 7.3 F700 Front Clip

Hello, thought I would share my latest project. Don't have much time but I'll post pictures, ask questions if interested.
Specs:
Originally 1988 F150 SCLB 4x2 5.0 Auto
Currently: SCSB 4x4 7.3 IDI-T ZF5 manual trans

Wheelbase has been shortened a little bit to accommodate the front clip. Suspension up front is all custom, using airbags as springs. It is a simple radius arm setup. Has highsteer on the kingpin dana 60 axle. Frame was cut and welded to fit the custom hexagon flatbed. Has 46" michelin military tires. I intend to daily drive this truck. Just needs a few finishing touches.

Nice.

While I like flatbeds, I think a full bed on these conversions look out of this world.

Here's the nicest one I've ever seen.

Black one looks "prettier", white one looks tougher, more my style.

But I wouldn't kick either one out of my driveway!

I ended up swapping over to coils. I tore a hole in the bag messing with the suspension, got frustrated, and replaced with coils. Also lifted the truck another 4" in the process. Truck drives smooth at 70mph. Truck got about roughly 10mpg. Ended up selling it to buy a Centurion Bronco, which is also for sale now. I
