Mirror Glass Won't Adjust Inward?

Is this common? When I bought the truck the passenger mirror adjusted every direction except inward but the driver's side worked fine. The other day after having it inspected the inspector backed the mirror into the garage door and now the driver's side adjusts every direction except inward as well. Is there an easier fix to this instead of replacing both mirrors completely?

Jump out of the rig, manually push the glass in the direction it won't travel. Then get on the mirror stick and see what you see.

When I hit brush or run into something, it works for me.

Tried that, just went out and tried again. I was wrong though, both mirrors refuse to adjust RIGHT, which is inward on driver's side and outward for passenger side. That makes me believe it's likely the switch that's the culprit. Anyone else had a similar issue?

Since your having problems with both, check the Switch with a DVOM, you should see system voltage. If you do not, replace the switch.
