Question about front axle seal driver (OTC 6695 or 205-429/205-199)

I have to replace u joints and hub bearings in my 02 F250 and would like to get a pre-made tool. I don't have a lathe to turn down the home made pipe flange and would prefer having something that will drive to the correct depth then stop.

I've seen a couple references to pre-made tools for this job.

Would I need Ford special too part numbers 205-199 and 205-429, or would OTC 6695 do the job of both of the Ford special tools?

Here's the OTC 6695: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OTC-6695-Axle-Shaft-Seal-Installer-for-Ford-1998-2004-F-250-350-450-550-New-/321606563950?hash=item4ae13eb86e&item=321606563950&pt=Motors_Automotive_Tools&vxp=mtr
Autozone's guide lists these as the required tools:
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><th style=" border: 1px solid gray; " colspan="">Special Tool(s)</th> </tr> <tr> <td style="border: 1px solid gray"> </td><td style="border: 1px solid gray">Steering Arm Remover 211-003 (T64P-3590-F)</td> </tr> <tr> <td style="border: 1px solid gray"> </td><td style="border: 1px solid gray">Driver 205-199 (T83T-3132-A1)</td> </tr> <tr> <td style="border: 1px solid gray"> </td><td style="border: 1px solid gray">Knuckle Seal Installer 205-429</td></tr></tbody></table>

Ford Super Duty Knuckle Seal Tool - AKA OTC 6695 | Superdutypsd.com

Either way you will want a seal tool of some kind

FWIW, I made the tool, but ended up taking mine to a dealer and had one of the mechanics do it for a tip.

OTC 6695 arrived this morning. Got it on Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )

It came very well packed with Styrofoam cases and a very sturdy box. The tool itself is large and heavy and is shipped in a plastic bag with oil. I plan on keeping it in this box for storage, although I hope I don't need to use it again after my u-joint replacement project.
