Borg Warner T18

Hello
I have a 1977 T18 and want to couple it to a 75hp Baldor Electric Motor.
The problem I'm having is the input shaft is 1.0625 OD with 10 splines.
I need to find a sleeve that will fit the input shaft so I can couple it to the motor.
Anyone fave any Ideas?
Thanks
Morty

Welcome to FTE.

Making your own electric vehicle? Got lots of cord I hope.

Short of machining one yourself, I would consider using a standard clutch disc, maybe two of them. Bolt them together using a driveline flange.

You may be able to take one apart and get just the splined part with whatever bolt holes are in it.

Bolt this or something similar to the discs:

Or, this outfit has flange and spline connectors, possibly higher priced than junkyard parts and a grinder....
