Open your Supercab (Extended cab) rear doors bottom latch with a screwdriver
---===UPDATE:===---
In 2020 tinypic.com went down and so did all my pics. Like any good hoarder I happened to have them all backed up on a local drive for some unknown reason, so here they are, reposted. If they go down again let me know. I will NOT be deleting them, now or ever. I hope this helps others.

I saw lots of threads on working on the latches on our Super Duty trucks but nothing for guys that had broke latches and doors that were already closed so here's a quick step-by-step for anyone with broken latches.
First, take the paneling off of your Supercab door like this. It's pretty easy and there's hundreds of threads on that process already so boom! Here's a nekked door.
Next, grab a light flashlight that you can hold up for 5-10 minutes one handed and good sized long flathead screwdriver (anytime someone says that you know it's about to get real!)
Poke your screwdriver through the door's bottom hole like this.
If you have big arms, big hands, or a big head this part might get a little tight. You need to slip the screwdriver over the first two humps in the latch.
Finally, pry upwards with your screwdriver. The latch should provide almost no resistance. If you're prying like a motorscooter then you're breaking something. Just as the screwdriver hits the support in the door above where you're working you'll hear it *click* and swing right open. This assumes the top latch is open.
That's it! If you have top latches too I can't tell you about them. My truck doesn't have any yet. When it does, I'll post that one up too.

Thanks Glowplugger, you are the man. I've been sidetracked with other work but am going to try again tomorrow now I've seen the pics. I thought that my hand, arm and head were all too big to get in there to see properly, never thought of sticking a camera in there. Reps sent from me also, gracias amigo.

Are you on a telephone or something so you can't see the pics? Maybe try someone else's computer?
