Blower Resistor Harness. Old E1EB-14489-FA. New 1U2Z-14S411-NA
I got a new blower resistor, part 4C2Z-19A706-AA, and it matched the existing one in my 6.0. The harness connecting to it was in bad shape. The old part and the harness connector were so badly corroded and fused together that they both basically fell apart trying to get them separated.
The part # on the broken one says "E1EB-14489-FA".
My local Ford parts dept gave me 1U2Z-14S411-NA. It's a pigtail with heat shrink and connectors. Fit's properly.
Just an FYI for others. If you can repair your truck on a relaxed schedule then only buy the pigtail later if you need it.
If you are like me and you can't mess about then buy the pigtail with the resistor. Return it if you don't need it later. From speaking to the parts guy and based on the number he sells, in New England expect it to be rotten and need to be replaced. Mine were absolute junk.

Installed the new parts today. Works perfectly now.
The engine harness wires are 14ga. The wires on the new pigtail are 10ga. and quite rigid.
I didn't like the crimps that were provided in the kit. I used yellow 10ga-12ga heat shrink butt connectors instead.
For the thinner gauge wire expose more copper and fold it back on itself to make it heaver gauge and it'll work fine on the other end.
