2002 f350 axle fitting 95 f250 HD?

Need help and within 12 hours. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge about a 2002 f350 with 3.73 rear end fitting on my 95 f250 HD 2wd. The 2002 was a f350 7.3 automatic 4 wheel drive with a solid front end. Gears are 3.73. My truck is a 1995 f250 HD with a 4.9 inline, zf5 tranny, 2wd, steerling 10.25, with 4.10 rear end. Will this 2002 rear axle fit on my truck and if its worth $300? Im wondering because its a posi rear end and cheaper than putting a limited slip carrier in. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE AMAZING!!! THANKS!

Completely different wheel bolt spacing so you'll need SD rims for that axle, meaning you'll end up with non-compatible wheels at either end. Also, you might notice it being a bit more sluggish with the higher geared rear, although you might get slightly better unloaded FE as a trade off.
