Seeking Stolen 1950 F1
My friend John had his 1950 F1 stored in the yard of a friend in Tuscon, Arizona and about one year ago it came up missing. The people at the location said that they came home from work one day and it was gone.
It was located at 7715 North Cherokee Pony Trail Tucson, AZ.
It is an usual Maroon color and the back of the cab is painted black. At the time it was taken it was the fenders had been removed and were in the bed. The bed and cab were full of parts including 2 extra doors and an extra hood. It had a 302/C4 drivetrain installed.
Vin is 98RC417571 and it has been reported stolen to local police.
If anyone has any information, please contact John Parson (520) 371-9009 or post here.
Thanks.

Unless your friend was on his death bed in a coma with absolutely no family members available to contact, there is absolutely no excuse for the land owner to wait that long to inform him that his truck was stolen. I wouldn't look any farther than the land owner. He knows what happened. If he was innocent, he would have informed somebody, anybody when it happened.

Bigwin56f100, thanks for looking!
Doc, Land owner WAS his friend, but while John was away the land owner rented the house on that property to someone, and it is that person, the renter, that claims the truck just was gone one day when they returned home from work. So renter figured that land owner took it, no body talked, and then when John came back to town he was told the story. Renter claims no idea what happened to truck, land owner claims the same.
John still has the title to the truck. Arizona DMV shows it still in John's name, no one has tried to title it, and now they can not as it has been listed as stolen.
