Trying to get snow tires on my Expedition without breaking the bank

I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer Expedition with TPMS.

I found some wheels on craigslist for a good price, they are OEM Ford - they look like XLT/XLS wheels. I talked to the guy, he said he had them on an 05 Expy, and they don't have the TPMS valve stems.

I'm hoping I can figure out something where I don't have to spend an extra $200 on TPMS sensors, but just incase, does anyone know if a TPMS valve stem could be swapped in on the non-TPMS wheels?

Thanks for any help.

Yes it can, the valve stem hole is the same regardless.
