I have 2 sets of vent windows.
Anyone know why they look different?

 

One set is metric and the other is SAE.

Could be one or more of many answers. New and improved/cheaper design, different supplier, etc. Both parts could be used at the same time at any of the dozen different plants across North America. But running changes on items like this are extremely common, and part of what makes our hobby interesting.
