FYI. A very good "jumper cable" is a screwdriver across the posts. Hold it there for at least 30 seconds
Just tried this. The truck did fire after a couple seconds of cranking. Something to note; the relay was buzzing, but as soon as i set the screwdriver across the posts, it stopped.
The buzzing you heard was the electricity jumping between the rely contacts. Your relay is shot.
Thanks for the reply. I have a new relay, valve cover gaskets, UVCH and a pigtail that should be arriving in the AM. Hopefully this hog will be up and running as it should.
