February B.S. And Snow Totals

It's been dead in here for a couple weeks. And, it looks like the entire state is under a Winter Storm Warning tonight and tomorrow. The latest they're calling for up here is 3 to 5 inches of snow. Louisville 5 to 8, Lexington and Hazard 8 to 12. And given how cold it is, it will be tough to get cleaned up. Post the totals you have when it's all over!

P.S.-Should non-Ky residents want to post what they got as far as snow, feel free to do so!

The two-day prediction here is 11-19 inches.

I don't wish anyone else problems, but I love snow. So, I'm hoping we get a good dumping, but they keep the roads clear for everyone to get around.

Is that like wanting to have my cake and eat it too?

We ended up with 12"-16", depending where you measure it. Not bad.

My Jeep Liberty decided to eat a CV joint on the front drive shaft. Figures.

However, I'm looking at a '94 F150 XL 4x4. It has a 300 I6 and 5spOD stick shift, with a manual transfer case. In other words, it's basic. This won't be a project truck, it's a driver. Then the Liberty can be driven as a car, or traded for one.

You'll be right in there with Wes, except his ain't a 4x4!

We got about 5 inches I guess. Just talked with my brother and he said he got close to a foot near Georgetown. He was coming up the Mountain Pky from Knox county, and he said there's well over a foot down there.

Well I am going to get my truck back Monday so I'll be able to at least have my 4x4 for getting through the streets, the city has a tendency to wait to plow out the subdivisions so meh, we are currently in cincinati and its snowing as of posting this, so far where I live in Lexington its up to at least 14"

We had around 14", but it's been raining since early this morning. It has melted/compressed what we had on the ground into about 8" of wet, slushy snow.

We got at least 6 more inches yesterday. For a brief time it came down as light rain, but almost all snow. It's about a food deep out there right now.
