I don't post much but I learn a lot from this forum and now I'm looking forward to learning about the 6.7l. Didn't need a dually, just wanted one, it's not a daily driver. All the known TSB's and service have been done. Hoping for a few trouble free years out of it.

Welcome aboard.........

Nice rig.........

How about super singles on the back?

What do you guys do to cover the 5th puck holes? I have the plugs in but the bed openings always fill up with crap. Had screenings in last year and took forever to get it all out of the opening gaps.

We all like to go mtn biking here too. Downhill with my boys is a lot of fun although I rent a bike for that as it is pretty hard on the bike. If you don't crash hard at least once then you weren't going at it enough
Bed mat! Although I don't have a 5th wheel hitch I imagine it would work.

May have to sell my Dually and buy a new truck. I have this one just about the way I want her, but alas she is no longer up to the task of handling the loads I will be hauling. Yes, that's right I have surpassed the limits of my truck.

But, then that's fine. I am even quite happy about this. I do have a few months to look and ponder my next truck.

See, my problem is that our daughter delivered another happy healthy Grandson Thursday night. I now need to get a F350 without the bucket/console front seat for adding one extra passenger capacity for hauling grandkids camping with us.

Life is good.

Jon, first congrats. Second I have to agree with Gerry, it would probably work out a lot better for you to either swap or outright buy the jumpseat from Ford Vs. trading the truck over it, unless you want an excuse for a new truck. Think mine has been used three times in two years, but it's there when I need it.

You parents are all the same!!! My parents and my inlaws both hassle us that they want grandkids. We had a rough 2014, but are close to having the results of a blood test that may give us the green light to try to make our parents happy, unfortunately, it could also give us a too risky result too.

My concern with swapping out with another truck would be getting "seat butt imprints" that match.

Thanks for the well wishes and congratulations,

Thank you for the comments guys and now I have my first 6.7 question. I'm getting a message at start up that reads "check coolant additive". Is this just a service reminder for the nitrite test or is it telling me I definitely need additive?
