S/C belt idler pulley bearings.
Hello ladies and gents. I usually hang out in the bump board. FYI for you guys. My PO had already put the boost pulley set on my Harley F150 when I bought it. After 80,000 miles the bearing in the R/S one was bad. Since I've been a Ford dealer parts man since 1977, I know that historically a lot of idler pulleys have used the bearings from the front of the O' small case externally regulated alternator. Part number C9ZZ10094A. Did some dimension research on-line and bought a couple From a N.O.S. company. Exact match and that pulley is back on my truck.

Since that right side pulley had been tieing up the belt wore in to the aluminum pulley in spots. So for right now I'm forced to use one of the original steel idler pulleys and one of the aluminum ones. I wanted new bearings in both. Last night I used a series of washers, bolt, and nut to pull the old bearing out of one of my original pulleys and press the other new C9ZZ10094A back in it. Again, perfect match.
