Do you guys/gals know if the 02 has the same bolt locations as the 08+ F250 for the rear bumpers?

 

yup, the Bed and bumper all bolt up the same. I installed an 08 bed and bumper on my 03 and everything lined up. you just have to do a tiny bit of wiring to hook up the license plate lights since the connector changed sexs.
