Got the upgrade done this week to allow manual regen. Instruction sheet says 'press the 'Info' button until 'EXH FULL XXX%' illuminates. Not sure I have that button. I've scrolled through everything in the info center and am seeing nothing under any menu item that gets me even close.
Supposedly the upgrade is free if you're under warranty. I was out by a couple of months and complained to the right people and was able to get it for free... $140 otherwise.
It allows you to warm up your truck and park it and enable the regen manually to clean the exhaust filter while it idles in the driveway. Hard to verify if you can't find the info button.
I'll have to ask my dealer. I wonder if you have the manual option, the new programming will force you to do a manual Regen if you don't complete an Active Regen. Some International trucks at work make you pull over and start a manual Regen without a choice.

Thanks.
The INFO Button probably the left side of the steering wheel where you have the up and down arrows, the center button is the info button. might be labeled OK?
Can you provide more information on the Upgrade? Also what trim level is your truck? XL? XLT? Lariat? ??
Is the instruction sheet from Ford? Can you scan it or take pictures and post them? Or PM me and will give you my email to send the photos/instructions.

Yes. This is the INFO button. I'm sure the directions are written this way because manual regen is a factory option on CC trucks which normally don't have the better guage cluster...which comes with the different steering wheel controls.

Can you elaborate?
What do I have to complain about? And why is it free if you do complain? I'm very interested in this.

Maybe. I pressed it several times and it doesn't do anything useful.

Can't figure out where that option is when pressing it.

I complained first of all because it was an option that I could have received a month earlier before I was out of warranty. If the option is available, it should have been provided. I may be off-base, but my truck ended up in the service bay because software that would have prevented that visit wasn't provided even though it was available.
I'm not familiar with your cluster. When you press OK, what does it do?
On the base model clusters it starts with
Trip A XXX
Trip B XXX
Miles to empty
Average MPG
present MPG
Timer
Blank screen
Then return back to Trip A XXX
I believe that's all the options when INFO button is pressed.
On mine, it has the four directional buttons with the OK button in the middle. You press the up and down buttons to navigate the menu on the cluster... Fuel, Truck Apps, Information, etc. Each one reveals its own menu... None of which reveals the new option. Logically you'd think it would be under the Information menu item, but it isn't... not that I can find anyway.
Edit: I have no idea what the 'click image' link is for nor where it is in this post... can't seem to edit it out...
2011 and onward... I think someone said its already included on the 15s. But as of right now, on mine its a myth after the upgrade because I can't find the damned thing.

I don't think that the Manual Regen Command (OCR) from what I'm reading is in the Menu. I think that you press the ""OK" button and keep it pressed to you get the option on the screen, and this only happens when the DPF is full? I asked a guy at work but he didn't even know what a Regen was.
From reading a manual for a 2015, I don't think you will find it on the menu. From other brand. of trucks at work they don't let you start a Manual Regen when the DPF doesn't need it. Maybe someone with a 2015 will chime it, but tomorrow I'll sure try on a 2015.
