350 coils on an f150

Ok guys, I am sorry if this topic has been covered before but Ill be darned if I can find it. But anyhow I have the front end off of a 73 2wd f350 and the springs are getting pretty low on my 88 f150. I am wondering if I put the 350 springs on my f150 will it being it up any? Will it give 2 inches or so? or just a 350 ride quality?

According to people here, it should give you a couple inches.

If the springs aren't worn out they will. I just did the swap a couple months ago and it brought my front up three inches

also are coil springs as big of pain in the a** as leafs? It sure looks easier but changing the springs on f250 were a real chore and I don't want a repeat. There are no bushing sleeve so nothing to seize, right?
