97 5.4 expedition to a 2000 f250 5.4

97 5.4 expedition to a 2000 f250 5.4

My question is I have a 97 expedition with a 5.4. And a 2000 f250 with a 5.4 both 4x4 auto. Difference is expedition has 150000 miles. F250 has 260000. Both run good as of now. Can I easily swap the expedition motor and trans to my f250.
