I briefly considered a Parrot unit from Crutchfield, but $599, not including module for steering wheel controls and no provision for satellite radio killed it for me. Not exactly the same as the unit you link to, but the only one Crutchfiled carried: Parrot ASTEROID Smart Digital media receiver with GPS navigation at Crutchfield.com
Others on this forum suggested the Jensen VX7020. I checked it out and wound up buying one and installing myself. Total was $446 for the unit, satellite module, steering wheel control module, associated wiring harness and antenna adapter. Crutchfield also provided some of the installation hardware at no cost. The only bad feature with the Jensen was that you get one free map update. After that they cost from $9.95 to $64.95 depending on what you want. But it wasn't a deal breaker because of the initial savings.
